I did this series about 10 years ago while working at a lodge in a remote part of Alaska. I spent most of my time hunting Wolverines. Lake Clarke National Forest was only accessible by plane, usually small bush planes that would land on the water. So once I was there all I had were the woods and my sketch book. And plenty of hard work. It was a fly fishing lodge with some of the best fishing (and Wolverine hunting) in the world.
